Beginning spring 2017, Loyola will offer a spring semester option in Leuven, Belgium. The program is limited to 15 students and priority will be given to students whose majors are not available for the year at KU Leuven. These majors may be able to take core and electives while abroad: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics, Speech Pathology/Audiology, Writing, Elementary Education, Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems.
Students with the above majors should meet with their major advisor(s) to discuss potential courses offered on this program, and review what major classes should be taken prior to and upon return from abroad. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure this program fits into their degree program, and that he/she can graduate on time.
