Program Overview
Dates: July 1-31, 2023

Director: Dr. Christy DeVader, cdevader@loyola.edu

Cost: $ 4,800 (airfare not included).  Includes tuition and housing, breakfasts and special meals, class trips and tours, cultural events, and transportation pass.  

Courses:
Two 3-credit courses are offered:
• TH305 Ethics: Contemporary Moral Issues (satisfies Ethics core - Note: YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN TH201)
• The second course is cross-listed and students can enroll in ONE of the following three courses:
                   o SC230 Introduction to Czech Culture and Business (counts as Sociology elective: Global Studies Topical Component).
                   o MG419 Special Topics in Management: Czech Culture and Business. Prerequisite of 60 credits. (waiver possible)
                   o IB 470 Special Topics in International Business: Czech Culture and Business. Prerequisite of IB282 or BH282 & 60 credits.

Criteria for Acceptance:
1) Attend 1 info session.
2) No history of major disciplinary problems.
3) CQPA of at least 2.5 .
4) Academic Advisor's approval. 

Application deadline: First come first served until February 17, 2023
